Our therapy and support services

Therapy is central to how we support young people at Sheridan. We offer a range of therapy techniques that help students overcome barriers to learning from managing emotions to recovering from trauma.

Our skilled therapy team works closely with our education colleagues and parents, delivering support one-to-one, in small groups and across whole classes. We have two fully equipped therapy rooms and offer specialist interventions such as emotional regulation, therapeutic play, and resilience-building strategies all tailored to individual student needs.
