Our careers programme
We guide each young person towards a path of their choosing so they feel ready, equipped and excited for what comes next.
Meaningful employer encounters
Every student has at least one experience with a real employer each year from visits to talks and workplace introductions.
Careers education in PSHE lessons
Lessons cover career planning, goal setting, CV writing and workplace readiness.
Access to high-quality resources
Students explore career pathways linked to subjects they study and the industries they’re interested in.
Guest speakers and careers events
We host talks with professionals and attend careers fairs to broaden aspirations and build understanding.
