IGNITE is our colleague forum which provides an opportunity for two-way conversations across our children’s homes, schools and colleges, with the goal of making Aspris the best possible place to work.
We recently held our annual IGNITE day for ambassadors representing each Aspris location to spend time connecting, learning more about our strategy and sharing ideas for future initiatives.
The day is about giving our IGNITE ambassadors the chance to build connections with colleagues outside their immediate work location, and also to recognise the amazing work our ambassadors do.
A special part of the day was the opportunity to announce our first ever IGNITE ambassador of the year finalists – a new category in our annual Aspris Awards event, in recognition of the importance of our IGNITE forum.
Real change happens thanks to IGNITE, which helps us to focus on what matters most – supporting colleagues and young people to achieve their potential.
