  • Our Speech and Language Therapist works with young people to develop their attention and listening skills, receptive and expressive language, phonological processing, auditory processing, non-verbal communication and social communication skills.
  • Our Occupational Therapist works with pupils to develop their functional skills in the following areas: gross and fine motor skills; motor planning and praxis; visual perception; sensory processing and sensory modulation; attention, emotional regulation, social skills, play and activities of daily living.

Targets for all therapies are set and reviewed 6 weekly during term time to ensure all relevant staff and parents/guardians are involved in this process.

All therapists are qualified professionals who are required by law to maintain membership of their relevant professional body, together with professional registration through the Health and Care Professions Council.
