How we support your child’s future
We empower our pupils to develop socially and emotionally, guiding them to build the skills and character for positive transitions to further learning or employment. From the very start of their journey with us, we focus on developing life skills, placing a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication and interacting well with others.
- All our young people receive independent careers advice and guidance from Beacon East, with regular meetings arranged with careers coaches.
- We also provide work experience opportunities on and off site.
We are methodical and thorough in supporting our students to make constructive next steps after school, ensuring they move on to stable and sustainable placements in education or employment.
