Welcome to the Raising Potential Podcast, brought to you by Aspris.

For more than 30 years, we’ve been supporting children and young people through specialist education and care. Along the way, we’ve worked alongside thousands of families, helping them navigate diagnoses, SEND provision, Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), specialist school placements and some of the challenges that can come with parenting a child with additional needs.

Raising Potential has been created for parents, carers and anyone with an interest in supporting children and young people with SEND. Through honest conversations and practical advice, our aim is to help families feel more informed, more confident and less alone.

Hosted by Tora Millward, Head of Communications at Aspris, the podcast brings together experienced colleagues from across our organisation, including specialist leaders, headteachers and experts in autism and SEND. Many of our contributors also bring lived experience as parents and carers themselves.

Together, they share practical guidance, professional insight and personal perspectives to support families on their journey.
