How we support young people

Our children's homes are structured into three distinct modalities

This ensures every young person receives the right support for their individual needs. These modalities—Group Living, Complex Needs, and Specialist Care—allow us to tailor environments, colleague support, and therapeutic approaches to help each young person fulfil their potential.

• For children and young people who have experienced trauma, foster and family ruptures, residential breakdowns, who have a diagnosis of neurodiverse behaviours
• Homes offering the facility of 3–6 beds
• Oversight by a psychotherapist who is key in developing therapeutic plans of support, tailored strategies to meet the needs of the young person
• Access to formal therapy with a trauma responsive trained psychotherapist

• For young people with complex needs including neurodiverse behaviours, self-injurious and victims of child sexual / criminal exploitation
• 2–3 bed homes; allowing higher staffing ratios when needed
• Emergency placements can be facilitated to respond to young people’s needs
• In-house psychotherapist who is fundamental in developing therapeutic plans of support, formulation and consider tailored interventions / strategies to meet the needs of the young person
• Access to formal therapy with a trauma responsive trained psychotherapist
• Working within a multi-disciplinary approach to ensure the care planning is tailored for the needs of the young person

• For young people a higher level of mental health needs which require more intensive and structured care planning
• In-house psychotherapist who is fundamental in developing therapeutic plans of support, formulation and consider tailored interventions / strategies to meet the needs of the young person
• Access to formal therapy with a trauma responsive trained psychotherapist who is experienced with complex mental health behaviours
• Specialist training for the team to ensure young people's needs are supported effectively and sensitively

What makes our homes special:
