Strategy

Safeguarding

We are committed to effectively promoting the safety and wellbeing of children, young people and protecting all vulnerable individuals in our homes, schools, and colleges from any form of abuse.

We invest in robust policies, processes and structures, ensuring all our children and young people are safe and have a high quality network of support.

We strive to maintain a transparent and open culture where everyone feels safe and able to share concerns. We firmly believe that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and expect all colleagues to share this commitment.

Equity, diversity and inclusion

At Aspris, equity, diversity, and inclusion mean creating an environment where everyone belongs and feels valued, respected and empowered to thrive.

Equity ensures everyone has fair opportunities to succeed by addressing barriers and providing the right support based on individual needs. This means ensuring policies, career progression and workplace adjustments are accessible and applied consistently across all schools, homes, colleges and teams.

Diversity recognises and celebrates the unique perspectives, skills and experiences everyone brings. Our differences make us stronger, and we're committed to fostering a workplace that represents the communities we support.

Inclusion means everyone can belong at work without fear of discrimination or exclusion. It’s about embedding inclusive behaviours in everyday interactions, leadership and decision-making, ensuring that regardless of role, everyone has a voice and feels part of the wider Aspris community.

Our commitment to quality

Our unwavering focus on quality, consistency and outcomes is embedded within our robust service delivery models, which guide every aspect of our practice—from curriculums and therapeutic offers to safeguarding and staff development.

As our organisation continues to grow, we have formalised a core offer that aligns with a set of Assurance Standards, ensuring consistently high standards across England, Scotland, and Wales. This scalable yet flexible approach enables us to address the distinct characteristics of each setting while maintaining our shared vision for excellence.

Schools & colleges – Our education service delivery model (ESDM)
