Welcome to our Putney Vale campus

Putney Vale Post-16 campus is a centre of autism expertise and excellence, educating learners with identified educational needs such as autism spectrum condition and in receipt of an EHCP.

We provide a highly individualised, therapeutic based curriculum which prepares young people with skills for lifelong learning. We ensure that each learner develops the essential life skills they need to thrive in the community now and in the future with confidence and autonomy.

Transition

Prior to the annual review, tutors/mentors/trusted adults will discuss with learners any potential courses that they may want to study so that they can then look for colleges that offer these in their areas.

At the annual review we will discuss with parents and the LA the young person’s preference.

We offer support with the application and interview.

If transitioning to Putney Vale Post 16 Campus, there will be a phased transition, where the learner will be able to spend time at Putney Vale before their official start date. This is to ensure the smooth transition and any anxiety is eased before they start their KS5 journey in a new setting.
