Safeguarding at Strathmore College
At Strathmore College, safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive and respectful environment where students can develop confidence, independence, critical thinking skills and resilience. Our approach is person-centred, neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed and relationship-based.

Technology provides opportunities for learning, communication, employment and independence. Online safety themes are embedded throughout the PSHE curriculum including digital citizenship, cyberbullying awareness, social media safety, online relationships, grooming awareness, exploitation awareness, AI and misinformation.

How Parents and Carers Can Help
Talk openly about online experiences, review privacy settings together, promote balanced technology use and encourage reporting of concerns.
Reporting Concerns
